In a time when the cinematic experience is becoming increasingly fragmented across platforms and preferences, Turkish cinema platform Sinemori stands out as a unifying force for film lovers. With nearly two million followers across its social channels, Sinemori has become a cultural cornerstone — championing both mainstream blockbusters and alternative films, and offering a vibrant space for cinematic exploration.
To reflect this growing influence and its mission to celebrate the emotional power of cinema, Artı Stüdyo was commissioned to reimagine the platform’s visual identity. The result is a modular and expressive design system that captures the spirit of modern film culture while paying homage to its storytelling roots.
At the core of the new identity is the “S” screen monogram — a form designed to embrace the cinematic frame. This key idea guided the development of the logo: the “S” doesn’t simply represent the platform’s name, but symbolically wraps around the screen, echoing the platform’s emotional and inclusive approach to cinema. This subtle yet powerful gesture reinforces the new tagline, “Embrace Cinema,” tying the visual language directly to the brand’s mission.
Complementing the monogram is an angular typographic motion system, a dynamic visual language that mirrors the intensity, rhythm, and emotion of film itself. Whether it’s an action-packed thriller or a quiet indie drama, the identity is built to adapt and resonate.
The tagline “Embrace Cinema” encapsulates Sinemori’s purpose and passion. It’s more than a slogan — it’s a call to action and a cultural stance. In today’s digital world, where the communal magic of the theater is often lost to algorithms and streaming queues, Sinemori invites its audience to reconnect with cinema as a shared, emotional, and artistic experience.
Artı Stüdyo approached the project with their signature blend of clarity, curiosity, and storytelling. Known for crafting brand identities, campaigns, and editorial systems that go beyond the surface, the studio infused the Sinemori project with meaning and momentum.
