When Flip Lingoes set out to reshape how people learn languages, it needed more than just a logo—it needed a visual language as dynamic, social, and forward-thinking as the experience it offers. That’s where Ozon Studio stepped in, bringing its deep-rooted expertise in culture, design, and storytelling to craft an identity that doesn’t just represent a brand, but activates it.
Flip Lingoes is a weekly language exchange born in Switzerland and rapidly expanding across Europe. Its core concept is the “Flip”: every five minutes, a bell rings, a card turns, and learners switch roles—native speakers become learners, and vice versa. This constant motion fosters fluency through challenge, spontaneity, and peer-to-peer connection. It’s an experience that thrives on rhythm, interaction, and mutual growth.
Ozon Studio took that core mechanic—the Flip—and transformed it into a visual and motion-based identity system. Drawing inspiration from the tactile act of flipping cards and the flow of real-time conversation, the studio developed a design language that is modular, kinetic, and alive. The system uses 2D geometric forms moving through 3D space, vibrant color transitions, and minimal, precise typography to mirror the energy of live language exchanges.
But beyond form, Ozon infused the identity with meaning. Each design choice reflects Flip Lingoes’ philosophy: that language learning should be vibrant, social, and rooted in real human interaction. The identity invites engagement and movement; it’s built to adapt, just like the learners it represents.
This project is a clear example of Ozon Studio’s hybrid approach, blending strategy, cultural sensitivity, and visual innovation. Working across disciplines—art, music, technology, fashion—the studio doesn’t simply deliver branding. It crafts story-driven systems that resonate deeply with audiences and evolve alongside the communities they serve.
