In 2024, NOPE Creative, a female-led design agency from Estonia, decided it was time to celebrate their identity — nine passionate women united by creativity, curiosity, and courage. But instead of the predictable champagne party, NOPE chose something far more unexpected: ice cream and old cars.

Their vision came to life through the transformation of a worn-out Mercedes T1 bus. Once a rusty relic, it was rescued, sanded, painted, and reborn by the NOPE team into what is now arguably the most irresistible ice cream bus in Estonia — a rolling celebration of craftsmanship and joy.
But what’s an ice cream bus without ice cream? Partnering with a local ice cream maker, NOPE developed two daring flavors that push the boundaries of what dessert can be:
Force of Good – a bold blend of brown cheese and chili, made for those who enjoy a little kick.
Ice Ice Baby – a delicate mix of basil and Belgian white chocolate, proof that even the most unlikely combinations can be surprisingly harmonious.

Beneath the playfulness, however, lies a deeper purpose. Profits from Force of Good support the Estonian Women’s Shelter Union, helping protect and empower women. Meanwhile, Ice Ice Baby funds NOPE’s pro bono design projects, giving back to the community through creativity.
Even the ice cream cups carry meaning. Force of Good reminds everyone that “no” is a complete sentence, emphasizing the importance of consent and boundaries. Ice Ice Baby, on the other hand, encourages people to embrace their choices and shed outdated stereotypes.

With their revamped bus, two weirdly wonderful ice creams, and a heartfelt mission, NOPE has managed to blend design, flavor, and activism into one delightful experience.
At its core, NOPE Creative is more than a design agency — it’s a collective of women who genuinely love what they do. Their approach to design goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about balance, functionality, and creating experiences that feel good. Each project is guided by curiosity, care, and a hint of audacity.
What truly defines NOPE, though, is their spirit. The team believes that the best ideas are born from good company — from laughter, challenge, and the joy of collaboration. That shared energy keeps their work fresh, thoughtful, and full of life.
