Some projects go beyond design—they capture spirit, purpose, and community all at once. The 100K Hustle is one of them: a 100-kilometer ultramarathon that’s part endurance race, part small business celebration, and part fundraiser for ADHD awareness. Created by Like Noa and NR Designs, the project stands as a testament to how branding can unite people and give meaningful causes the visibility they deserve.
Like Noa approached The 100K Hustle with a mission to build a brand and website that embodied the relentless spirit of small business owners and endurance runners alike. Founded by two small businesses who knew that running a company often feels like running an ultra—relentless, messy, and only possible with support—the project quickly became more than just design work. It was about shared determination and resilience.

Every year, Like Noa takes on one pro bono project for a cause they believe in, and The 100K Hustle fit perfectly: a grassroots initiative supporting local entrepreneurs while raising funds and awareness for ADHD. The challenge was clear—create an identity that could balance seriousness with accessibility, community spirit with professionalism, and raw energy with a refined edge.
The solution was a brand that feels bold, human, and full of life. The logo was built with confident shapes and strong lines, and the color palette—black for grit, orange for energy, and clean neutrals for balance—keeps it grounded. The tone of voice follows suit: direct, motivating, and honest. No corporate fluff, no overblown inspiration—just real talk about doing hard things together: “Every step. Every stall. Every cheer.”
The website mirrors this energy with a clean, structured design, sharp headlines, and content that speaks to three audiences: runners, small business owners, and supporters. It’s designed to inform, inspire, and bring people together around a shared purpose.
The result is more than a brand or a website—it’s a movement. The 100K Hustle connects people through purpose, celebrates effort, and spreads awareness for ADHD, proving that hard things become possible when done together.

Like Noa itself reflects that same spirit. Founded by Merel, a culturally attuned Creative Director, and Lizz, a strategist with sharp marketing instincts, the studio blends creativity with strategy that makes sense. They work with founders who care deeply about what they’re building—people who want brands that stand for something real.
Though both Dutch, Merel and Lizz live worlds apart—Amsterdam and Melbourne—but have turned distance into an advantage, merging European sensibility with Australian boldness. Together, they craft brands that feel human, modern, and impossible to ignore.
