In a world where many brands compete to be loud, OKO Bar chose a different path—one of confident minimalism and timeless design. To bring this vision to life, the bar turned to TinyBrands, a Zurich-based creative studio known for its ability to translate spatial and emotional concepts into compelling brand identities.
TinyBrands crafted a visual language for OKO that mirrors the rhythm of its physical space. Inspired by the bar’s architectural layout—defined by blocks and grids—the branding system uses structure as both a visual and conceptual foundation. At the heart of the identity lies a flexible typographic system that feels refined and adaptable, while the logo seamlessly integrates with the surrounding grid to create a unified, striking presence.
The result is an identity that feels both intentional and effortless. It doesn't scream for attention; instead, it draws people in through its quiet confidence and clean precision. And it works: soon after the rebrand, OKO began attracting visitors from neighboring towns, eager to experience the bar’s unique and contemporary atmosphere.
Founded in Zurich in 2024, TinyBrands was created to help people transform bold ideas into accessible, affordable realities. Whether working with young entrepreneurs, startups, or established businesses in need of a fresh perspective, the studio delivers branding solutions that are both strategic and emotionally resonant.
Since its launch, TinyBrands has worked across a wide range of industries—gastronomy, dance, art, hospitality, healthcare, education, literature, and film—always with the same goal: to uncover the distinct voice of each project and bring it to life with clarity and style.
At the helm of the studio is Ghiya Haidar, a multidisciplinary designer from Lebanon, now based in Zurich. With a background in Fine Arts and a Master’s in Interior & Spatial Design from UAL Chelsea College of Arts, Ghiya’s work is guided by instinct, curiosity, and a love for stripping things down to their most expressive core.
