The Brand Identity exists to empower and support the graphic design industry.

They write articles, deliver news, create content, design products and collaborate with designers and brands to inspire and inform creativity through graphic design.

Today on Bounty Hunters 20 projects selected by The Brand Identity. Each project includes a bespoke typeface.

 

1. Irvington Theatre by Andrea Trabucco-Campos and Pràctica

Andrea is a designer focused on brand identity, type design, editorial and interaction design. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised near Lucca, Italy. When he was 16 his family relocated to the United States.  Philosophy degree at New York University (B.A., 2012) and a double Master’s in Visual and Web design from the Scuola Politecnica di Design.

He joined Luke Hayman’s team at Pentagram in 2015 as a designer and in early 2018 became an Associate Partner.

In February of 2019, he had the honor to open and head the first New York office for DesignStudio as a Creative Director, alongside the Principal, James Hurst.

In February of 2020, he moved to Gretel as a Creative Director, where I currently practice design alongside a massively talented group of people.

2. ZETAK by Pràctica

A full-service design studio based in Barcelona and New York, produces work that aims to be meaningful and distinctive by working closely with a selected network of collaborators. In addition to their commissioned work, they develop personal projects, a key element in their urge to fulfill and challenge their creative practice.

6. International Year of the Periodic Table by LEÓN ROMERO

LEÓN ROMERO is a Barcelona-based studio founded by Jorge León and Mikel Romero. They operate worldwide helping people to communicate through imagery and design.
Driven by typography-led design, LEÓN ROMERO creates and develops clever and bold solutions for printed matters and digital media, focusing on visual identities, art direction, editorial and web design for brands, companies, institutions and individuals.
The studio also works closely with a selected network of collaborators from different fields in order to address all kind of design briefs.

7. Fine Art and Friends by Vrints-Kolsteren

Vrints-Kolsteren is an Antwerp based design studio founded by Vincent Vrints and Naomi Kolsteren. They work locally and internationally and offer creative direction, photography and graphic design. They engage in ongoing partnerships and in creating a network of creative talent by working in a collaborative way.

8. Norwegian Presence by Bielke&Yang

Founded in 2012, the studio is specialised in branding and identity design. They work with a diverse selection of clients, from small start-ups to established companies and organisations, delivering bespoke solutions rooted in usability, creativity, aesthetics and craft.

Founded in 2006 by Ro­drigo To­var, SA is a de­sign stu­dio cen­tered in the de­vel­op­ment of cre­ative in­no­v­a­tive ideas for all those who be­lieve in the power of de­sign as a cre­ator of unique iden­ti­ties and nar­ra­tives, be they firms, brands or in­di­vid­u­als. They de­velop tai­lor-made pro­jects and trans­late them to dif­fer­ent for­mats: dig­i­tal me­dia, printed ob­jects or pub­lic and pri­vate spaces. 17. Nachtplan by Corbin Mahieu

Corbin Mahieu is a graphic & communication designer and art director based in Ghent, Belgium. He graduated academic graphic design at Sint-Lucas LUCA (Ghent) in 2014 and undertook an internship at design studio Zak Group (London) in 2015. After his studies he worked at the studio of Jan&Randoald (Bruges/Ghent) until 2017. After a few years of building trust with clients, Corbin became self-employed in 2017. He currently operates in the field of publication and book design, brand identities, web design, posters or flyers and all printed matter.
