Where do end up the never accomplished ideas? Oblio is a magazine about never realized, unsuccessful, or published projects in the creative field. Hans Ulrich Obrist asserts that the narrative of the not realization of ideas is effectively their realization. Oblio Magazine, through the stories by different professionals, focuses on projects in the creative field that, for various reasons, have never been brought up to life. Although a project would not find its concrete result, there is a development that has led to the outcome. From the failed possibilities of the past is necessary not only to learn but rather to understand them, in a socio-cultural context,  where the design disciplines are often not seen as a future resource.

OCH designs within a wide range of fields including visual identities development, graphic design, and art direction, strictly following principles of firm and polite simplicity where every element needs a reason why to be present and nothing relevant is missing. On the occasion of the 10th issue of C41 Magazine we were approached to redesign the entire publication. C41 Magazine is an Italian biannual magazine about photography and lifestyle. C41 Issue 10 – For A New Renaissance is dedicated to Italy, to all the people in the contemporary Italian landscape who are trying to reshape our country through art and design. We cared about all the aspects of the issue during the consultancy process including the grid systems, format, typesetting and typography. Our design sought to evolve the magazine’s aesthetic besides maintaining the value of photographic contents.
